به گزارش روابط عمومی شرکت آب منطقه ای خراسان جنوبی،" حسین امامی" با اعلام این خبراظهار داشت: با توجه به برداشت غیر اصولی از منابع آب زیرزمینی و پایین رفتن سطح آب و خطر نشست زمین این طرح براساس سیاست های کلی نظام، سیاست های تدوینی در برنامه پنجم و ششم و سایر قوانین و آئین نامه های مصوب ابلاغی به ویژه مصوبات پانزدهمین جلسه شورای عالی آب کشور «طرح احیا و تعادل بخشی منابع آب زیرزمینی» تدوین و در قالب 15 پروژه در موضوع های مختلف به شرکت های آب منطقه ای سراسر کشور جهت اجرا ، ابلاغ شده است.
وی با اشاره به کاهش بارندگی ها و از طرفی برداشت بی رویه از منابع آب ، یادآور شد : سطح آب زیر زمین در بسیاری از نقاط کشور و همچنین استان خراسان جنوبی افت چشم گیری داشته است که این امر ما را با تنش آبی در برخی از دشت های استان مواجه کرده است.
وی میانگین سالانه اضافه برداشت از دشت های استان را 185 میلیون متر مکعب عنوان کرد و گفت: علی رغم اجرای طرح تعادل بخشی باز هم سطح آب سفره های زیر زمینی سالیانه بین 20 تا 50 سانتی متر بسته به موقعیت دشت ها ،افت داشته است.
امامی گفت: تعدا دشتهای استان را 40 دشت می باشد که از این تعداد 21 دشت ممنوعه و 2 دشت ممنوعه بحرانی است و حفر هرگونه چاه بجز مصارف شرب در قالب تخصیص ابلاغی از سوی وزارت نیرو ،ممنوع می باشد.
وی فرو نشست در دشت های سرایان و بشرویه بر اثر افت سطح آب زیرزمین در این دشت ها را جدی دانست و گفت: در منطقه سرند سرایان شکافهایی با عرض یک متر و طول حدود 4 کیلومتر مشاهده شده است.
مدیرعامل شرکت آب منطقه ای در ادامه به انسداد چاه های غیر مجاز اشاره کرد و تصریح کرد: در سال جاری تعداد 75 حلقه چاه غیر مجاز در استان پر و مسلوب المنفعه شده است که بیشترین این چاه ها در شهرستان قاین بوده است.
وی افزود : با انسداد این چاه ها که در راستای اجرای طرح احیا و تعادل بخشی منابع آب انجام شده است ،در سال 1395 به میزان 700 هزار متر مکعب صرفه جویی شده است.
امامی هدف اصلی از اجرای طرح تعادل بخشی منابع آب را دادن مدیریت مصرف به کشاورزان دانست و گفت : تمام تلاش مان بر این است که معیشت کشاورزان متضرر نشود و با توجه به کاهش منابع آب ،کمترین آسیب متوجه آن ها شود.
وی با بیان اینکه وضعیت منابع آبی استان خراسان جنوبی رضایتبخش نبوده و باید حفاظت جدی از منابع موجود صورت گیرد، گفت: نیاز است تا تمامی مردم نسبت به حفظ منابع آبی موجود احساس تکلیف کنند تا بتوان همین منابع آب موجود را تا زمان اجرای شدن طرح های انتقال آب، مدیریت کرد.
