ممنوعیت توسعه بهره برداری از منابع آب زیرزمینی محدوده مطالعاتی سربیشه تمدید شد

بر اساس اعلام وزارت نیرو حفر چاه عمیق ، نیمه عمیق ، احداث قنات و یا هرگونه افزایش بهره برداری از منابع آب در محدوده مطالعاتی سربیشه تا 5 سال دیگر تمدید شد. به گزارش روابط عمومی شرکت آب منطقه‌ای خراسان جنوبی ، ممنوعیت حفر چاه عمیق، نیمه عمیق و احداث قنات و یا هرگونه افزایش بهره برداری از منابع آب به منظور جلوگیری از افزایش افت سطح آب زیزمینی در محدوده مطالعاتی سربیشه به مدت 5 سال دیگر تا تاریخ 98/4/19 تمدید شد. بر اساس این گزارش با توجه به نتایج مطالعات و بررسیهای به عمل آمده، بهره برداری بیش از حد از منابع زیر زمینی و وقوع خشکسالی های مستمر باعث افت سطح آب زیر زمینی و کسری حجم مخزن محدوده مطالعاتی سربیشه شده است، از این رو به منظور جلوگیری از افزایش افت سطح آب زیرزمینی در محدوده یاد شده ، به موجب ماده 4 قانون توزیع عادلانه آب، ممنوعیت های مذکور از سوی وزارت نیرو اعمال می شود. این مناطق از شمال از خط الراس کوه سسان در امتداد مرز محدوده مطالعاتی به کوههای بندر (نقطه ارتفاعی 2787)، زیری (نقطه ارتفاعی 2781)، همزه و از آنجا تا نقطه ارتفاعی 2785 تعیین شده است. درناحیه شرق از نقطه ارتفاعی 2785 به خط الراس ارتفاعات کمر ایندل سپس به کوه مومن آباد و در ادامه در امتداد مرز محدوده مطالعاتی به نقطه ارتفاعی 2021 و از آنجا تا محل تلاقی کال شور با مرز محدوده مطالعاتی در شرق کلاته گزدز محدود می شود. از سمت جنوب نیز از محل تلاقی فوق الذکر در امتداد مرز محدوده به خط الراس ارتفاعات کوه آتشکده (محل تلاقی مرز محدوده های مطالعاتی حسین آباد، سربیشه و سهل آباد) سپس در امتداد مرز مذکور به نقطه ارتفاعی 2152 و در ادامه تا محل تلاقی مرز محدوده های مطالعاتی مختاران، سربیشه و سهل آباد محدود می شود. و از سمت غرب از محل تلاقی فوق الذکر در امتداد مرز محدوده مطالعاتی به محل تلاقی مرز محدوده های مطالعاتی سربیشه، مختاران و بیرجند و در ادامه در امتداد مرز مذکور تا کوه سسان ، به عنوان مناطق ممنوعه اعلام شده است.
